Sustainability Policy

Mindpower Worldwide, Inc promotes integrated sustainability throughout all of our real estate developments. Key steps are addressed that reduce negative environmental impacts while promoting and encouraging respect for the natural surroundings.

Our focus ranges from significant recycling through waste stream management to marine, fauna and flora protection and climate change management and awareness policies. Through eco-harmonious programs, we identify and incorporate environmentally sensitive green-materials and building systems that keep balance between man and nature. With strategic partnerships of our professional teams and local citizenry, we achieve the highest levels of environmental conservation, green initiatives throughout the international regions where our developments are located.

Recycling

To enhance our care and sustainability of our natural environmental, Mindpower Worldwide uses a solid waste program providing segregated waste streams that recycles organic, paper, plastic, glass, metals, and any generated hazardous materials. Organic waste are used by the local communities to make compostdevelopments. We minimize the amount of trash to local waste landfills and other disposal facilities.

Clean Up Campaigns

Through assisting our local communities, we collectively work to find balance between the success of our developments and local concerns. Incentives are identified and advanced to implement volunteer clean up campaigns carried out in streets, beaches, parks, green areas, schools, and communities adjacent our developments. We create consciousness among the people of the community to care for the environments in which they live.

Fauna Protection

Protecting our natural environment and wildlife is a big part of our sustainability effort. We've joined forces with international, regional and local programs such as Marine Protection Programs to protect the marine life, indigenous birdlife, and mammal/reptile species in the local environs.

Flora Protection

Part of our environmental responsibility to our development localities is to identify local plant life and flora and promote agri-businesses for the continuous propagation of indigenous species.

Early economic development programs are instituted to develop and establish local nurseries to provide the necessary flora to create our world-class developments.

Climate Change

Throughout our eco-friendly developments, we combat climate change impacts and bring awareness through procurement practices and utilization of eco-sensitive systems and equipment. We implement ongoing energy saving programs and hold our partners to a high standard of accountability for energy efficiency, solid waste management and recycling to reduce the overall carbon foot print of our developments, both during design & construction and on-going operations by following proven sustainability standards advocated through LEEDS, Green Globe and other international groups. We continuously instill environmental awareness among all of our staff, development teams and local citizenry.
