Adrish Banerjee, 班翰鑫 Chairman & CEO
Adrish Banerjee joined SWC Group as Chief Investment Officer in October 2003. Prior to joining SWC Group, Adrish had been a private wealth manager at Crowell Weedon & Company, one of the oldest investment management firms. Previously he had spent almost a decade at Morgan Stanley, one of the most prestigious investment banking firms in the world. During his career on Wall Street, Adrish has become a highly seasoned expert in the full spectrum of specialties in the financial industry, from private wealth management all the way to investment banking.
With his expertise in finance and economics, Adrish has advised President G.W.Bush’s economic team, Governor Schwarzenegger’s transition team, and many other government entities in the United States. As a private consultant, he has often advised the governments of foreign countries. In addition, he has been part of several philanthropic activities, especially in West Africa and Southeast Asia.
Adrish is a veteran, and enjoys Golf, Sailing and Gourmet Cooking.

Grenier-Godard 高庚麓 Managing Director,
Global Business Development
Dr
Luc Grenier-Godard joined Mindpower Worldwide as Managing Director of Global Business Development in November,
2010.
Dr
Grenier-Godard has very comprehensive knowledge and experience in international
real estate investment and marketing. Prior to Mindpower Worldwide, Dr
Grenier-Godard had been the managing director of Baystone Estates, Ltd,
specializing in a wide range of worldwide real estate investments, including
joint ventures, property fund investment and direct property investment.
Previously, Dr Grenier-Godard had vast experience European banking and real
estate investments working with high net-worth individuals around the world.
Catherine Yan He, 何艳 Managing Director of Asia Pacific, & Africa
Catherine Yan He joined SWC Group as Director of Equity Research in February 2006. She is currently co-managing SWC China Fund, also the CEO of SWC's Textile Division. Catherine has previously worked as a Program Director for Preventive Medicine and Infectious Diseases program between Keck School of Medicine, CDC and China CDC. Prior to working with CDC, she had been a program coordinator at the World Bank.
Catherine has an MBA from California Lutheran University, Masters in Public Health (MPH) from University of Southern California, and Bachelors of Art degree in Business from Xi'an Jiaotong University in China.
Catherine is a member of various professional women's societies, and she also sits on the boards of several non-profit organizations.
Melissa Lee, PhD, 李美莎 Managing Director of European Operations
Dr. Lee is a native of China. Exceptionally cultured and
educated, Dr Lee received BS from Tsinghua University in
1996, and subsequently MBA in 1998 from Said School of Business, University of
Oxford, and PhD in
Economics from London School of Economics and
Political Science in 2002.
She has extensive experience in human resource
management and organizational design and transformation.
Between1998 to 2000, she worked at Barclays Bank as Associate Director of Human
Resources, after which she moved on to become
a Senior Executive Recruiter at McKenzie Consulting in London, UK until 2004.
In mid 2004, Dr Lee became the Director of Business Development at based
Mindpower Worldwide, where she has built a solid client base in Europe,
North America as well as in Asia.
William H. Taron, 泰恒威 Vice President Business and Legal Affairs
Mr.
Taron was born in 1949, in Richmond,
California. He attended various public and private
elementary and high schools. Mr. Taron
graduated from Stanford
University in 1971 and
subsequently received his law degree from the University of Connecticut
in 1978. After graduating from Stanford University he was employed by The
Travelers Insurance Company in San
Francisco, CA, Houston, TX
and Hartford, CT.
His last position was as Sr. Examiner, Maritime Claims.
After
receiving his law degree in 1978, Mr.Taron returned to San Francisco, CA
and practiced law with the international firm of Graham & James. From 1982 to 1990 he was a partner in the Los Angeles law firm of
Seider, Cohan & Taron. From 1991 to 1993, Mr. Taron was the managing
partner of the Los Angeles
office of the New York
law firm of Kroll & Tract. In 1993, Mr. Taron left the active practice of
law to engage solely in investment banking and real estate investment.
